- libThe Niagara Falls Review and Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to present a free all-candidates debate Thursday, April 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Scotiabank Convention Centre on Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls. There will be seating all around the stage and they tell me there will be five, 15-minute segments. This is as close to a "true debate." as you will get.
