- MPndpI participated in the debate on the so called "Anti-Terrorism" legislation this week. Allowing the detention of citizens without charge sets a dangerous precedent that I simply cannot support. Further, it is clear from the so-called "Toronto 18" and the recent allegations of a plot to target a VIA rail train that CSIS and the RCMP already have the tools they need to do their job and keep us safe.
