This is a new idea I had and is a work-in-progrss. The idea is too give a score and ranking for an MPs social media presence.
Below is the criteria and points I've come up with so far, please feel free to make suggestions for additional criteria or point adjustments.

Ideas for more points
- points if MP has a blog
- points for X amount of total tweets
- follower / followed ratio
- points for X amount of facebook fans (API doens't seem to reveal this...)
- points for X amount of youtube subscribers
- 'follow cost' add or subtract points?
