What's astonishing is how so many Airport drivers are rushing to join Capital or Blueline taxi. If you quantify the amount of complaints these two companies have had in the past 5 years it's every 5th cab a customer has complained about the service/smell/talking in a foreign language and just lack of customer service. 5 years today these are the same scabs that destroyed your livelihoods, that had no morals or care driving up to the Airport to take your place, and to top it off you are all under the same union. Why are you all rushing to join such hypocrisy? For what? Value? So you can join the rest of the sheep? Listen Uber is here to stay and if it's not Uber it's another company so why fight this battle and why rush to join a fleet that has the worst service in Ottawa. If you really want to win customers back start by creating your own app and your own company and provide a better service like you have for the longest time than Blueline and Capital and you will survive because right now you have NOTHING to lose. Wake up Jim Watson City of Ottawa and do something useful for once. This has to stop. The Ottawa Airport is run by thugs like Roy Noja and Hanif Patni. David McGuinty your brother is on the board/committee for the Ottawa Airport, isn't it time you actually put your words to work and promise to fight for the people who voted you in. Haven't the Airport taxi drivers suffered enough. CBC Ottawa Ottawa Citizen CTV Ottawa Metro Ottawa Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW) Unifor Canada
