  Thomas Mulcair expanded his arguement that some of Canada's successful industries represent a disease to our manufacturing economy. Today he added northern Ontario softwood lumber and eastern Canadian shale gas to his list that also includes energy and mining. This appears to be Frank Graves "culture war" suggestion being played out pitting Canadian against Canadian and region against region.   Tides Canada insists it is in fact a charity, what do you think?   This is tragic news for the horse industry in Ontario, including so many people in my riding. This was a business agreement, a partnership not a subsidy and whomever undertakes any future gaming relationship with the province of Ontario will also receive a portion of the overall take.
